We are excited to be able to be a part of your child's baptism. Because this is a very special day in your child's life and yours we have some guidelines that are required by the Catholic church. These requirements are necessary to ensure your child has a wonderful baptism and a lifelong journey as a new member of the Catholic faith. Families presenting their children for baptism should be registered members of our parish.
Baptisms are held the 2nd and 4th weekend of each month (with the exeption of Holy Days). Please view our parish calendar for specific dates.
Important things to note about the date:
The Baptism date is not secured until all necessary documents are received
All Paperwork must be submitted no later than 20 days before the chosen baptism date.
For more information you can contact the Parish office at [email protected].Baptism Preparation must be completed no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled baptism date. Our baptism preparation is currently being offered through Formed (see information on our Formed subscription here) and is a requirement that both parents and godparents view the below video.
"Reborn explores the deeply personal power of Baptism, bringing to light the spiritual reality for parents and godparents and, most importantly, the child being baptized. Rendered with cinematic beauty that's become the Hallmark of the Augustine Institute's film productions, Reborn presents the foundation of the Church's teaching on Baptism, with a step-by-step explanation of the rite itself, including its profound place in Scripture and Tradition."
